	ROBERT D. McTAGGART Lead Counsel Mr. McTaggart practices in the areas of real estate law and business law. He is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in the area of Commercial Real Estate Law. Mr. McTaggart received his bachelor’s degree, with distinction, from the University of Michigan in 1975, and his law degree from Vanderbilt University in 1979. Mr. McTaggart was admitted to the Virginia bar in 1980 and the Texas bar in 1982. He was the 1999 Chairman of the Real Property Section of the Dallas Bar Association. He is also a member of the Dallas Area Real Estate Lawyers. Mr. McTaggart has served as an adjunct professor at El Centro College, where he taught courses on the law of real property and real estate transactions. Mr. McTaggart is a frequent speaker and is the author of “Leasing Terms,” BOMA Real Estate Magazine, 1994; “Free Look Provisions,” 1994, “Pending Legislation,” “Lease ‘Gross-Up’ Provisions,” “Unauthorized Practice of Law,” and “Collecting Commissions,” Commercial Real Estate Brokers Newsletter, 1993; “Negotiating Commercial Real Estate Leases”, 1991 and 1992, “Assignments, Subleases and Options,” 1993 and 1995, Advanced Conference on Commercial Real Estate Leases; “Texas Foreclosure Law Update – 1991″; and the “Foreclosure Manual” of the Federal Asset Disposition Association (FADA), as well as various articles on real estate law topics. 	KEVIN DYM Associate Attorney Mr. Dym practices in the areas of real estate law and business law. Mr. Dym received his bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 2000, and his law degree from the University of Texas in 2003. Mr. Dym was admitted to the Texas bar in 2003, and admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Northern District, in 2009. He is a member of the Dallas Area Real Estate Lawyers Discussion Group, the Dallas Bar Association (including membership in the Real Property Law, Bankruptcy Law and Commercial Law Sections), the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers (including selection to the 2009 Leadership Class), and volunteers for the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program. Mr. Dym also is also a director of the non-profit “BVB Dallas”, a supporting organization of the Alzheimers Association. Mr. Dym is also a member of the Downtown [Dallas] Resident Council Committee.
